The Summer Academy is a collaboration of the Bavarian American Academy and the University of Kentucky to explore a theme in American Studies through a combination of keynote lectures, group work-in-progress sessions, and cultural activities, over an eight-day period, with a nominal tuition (which includes housing and cultural events) of $550. Its limited enrollment is open by competitive application.
